Formulated with 68% Rice Bran Water, which is rich in amino acids and minerals and has been used for centuries in Asian skincare remedies as it brightens skin and combats dullness, while 2% Arbutin protects skin from hyperpigmentation by inhibiting the formation of melanin.

How to use
Apply 2-3 drops of serum onto the face. Pat gently to aid absorption.
