We are not a drop shipping company. We are a proud Australian-based and owned company located in the heart of Sydney. All of our orders are processed and packed in
our Warehouse in Sydney.

Glamour Glow has an AI assisted Quiz available for all of our customers. Please take the quiz and the result will be available to you immediately. The result will also be emailed to you with a promotion code.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $70 AUD.

Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 AUD

New Zealand

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 AUD
  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Shipping costs for orders below $70 AUD will depend on your address and will be calculated during checkout.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and exclude public holidays. Australia Post Express may deliver on a Saturday during busy periods.  shipping policy.

Please raise a query with Australia Post directly. We can do this on your behalf, but it will be faster and efficient if you contact Australia Post directly.

Please enter the Company Name. This will help our delivery partners sort your parcel correctly, as they may deliver over the weekend.

Please be sure to check your mail room or reception if your order has been marked delivered and not received, there might also be a safe drop image attached to your tracking, indicating the location of your delivered parcel. If you have checked these areas and have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Services team on contact@glamourglow.com.au

If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at contact@glamourglow.com.au

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with a safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver it to your LPO. 

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name. 

If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock you will be notified by one of our customer experiences representatives
via email.  

Your order will be split to send out any other items/gifts/samples.

The out of stock item will either be left on back order until it is restocked, or refunded back via the method of payment.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on orders once shipped unless items inside the box are damaged when received.

We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds for change of minds.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us at contact@glamourglow.com.au within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

Once approved, we will arrange for your items to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Your tracking number is included in the order confirmation email we have sent you. If you have any trouble finding your tracking number, please email us at contact@glamourglow.com.au.

Note: Please also check your junk mail folder in case our email went straight to junk.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your transaction date/purchase date. Please send us an email at contact@glamourglow.com.au with your order number as a subject or reference line.

We guarantee authenticity on all the products we sell via our website. We are so confident we offer a money-back guarantee. 

Once you have accumulated enough reward points, you can redeem them at checkout for discounts on your purchases. Simply select the option to use your points during the
payment process.

Some reactions may occur when using beauty products on the skin. If you have allergies to certain ingredients, please contact us before placing an order. You can also find product descriptions and ingredient lists on our website. It is advisable to test the product on a small area of your skin if you are unsure. If any reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical attention if needed. We apologize for any allergic reactions our products may cause, but we cannot provide replacement or returns for such cases. We hope this situation never arises!

We are currently only an online store at the moment!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we are currently unable to offer order pick-up services. Our products are stored and dispatched from a private warehouse that is not open to the public.

In the event that you receive an item you did not order or if any items are missing from your order, please capture a photograph of the received items and send an email to contact@glamourglow.com.au including your name, order number, and a description of the received or missing items.

Complete your order by choosing from these available payment methods at checkout: Credit Card (Visa/Master Card), PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Although the quantity of product permeating the skin is minimal, it is recommended to consult with a medical professional or dermatologist in case of any apprehensions.
